Every builder on this page holds a Tennessee contractor license verified at verify.tn.gov, current insurance, and called references. License number, classification, and monetary limit are given to the client in a signed disclosure before any introduction.

Recruitment is open now in both pods. The target bench is 5 to 8 verified builders per pod, capped so no builder takes more than about 40% of a pod's volume.

License status, classification, and monetary limit re-verified monthly, with expiry alerts at 30, 14, and 7 days. Insurance certificates kept current on file.
Scored per project
Response time, bid accuracy against final price, start date kept, callbacks, client rating, paperwork completeness. Below standard on 2 factors across a rolling 5 projects pauses new matches.
One introduction at a time
A packet goes to one builder first. He bids in his own name, on real numbers, without competing against a shared-lead list.
