Grandmark was built on repair-to-close work for real estate closings, where a missed date kills a deal and paper is the product. The qualification business runs on the same standard.

The short version.
Lead platforms sell the same homeowner to several contractors and call it a marketplace. The result in this market is predictable: builders price defensively or stop answering, and homeowners choose on salesmanship. Grandmark runs the opposite shape: qualify the project once, on paper, disclose every fee, and introduce exactly one licensed builder whose record fits it. Trust and reputation are the whole business, and both are checkable: published fees, verified licenses, and case packets with real outcomes.
